When I talked to Christopher, he helped me answer all my questions about an inverter system and the issue I was having. System was not installed by them. Existing unit. They are super knowledgeable and I appreciated the time he took to talk through the problem and give me all the information I was looking for.

I really like Mini Splits USA. Was having a problem with the units not putting out cold air, Sean K was out here pretty much right away and found out it was a compressor leak and I lost half the refrigerant. He fixed it quickly and I didn't have to break the bank. Amusingly through extroardinary coincidence, the same problem happened just a month later so Sean came back out and found a completely unrelated cause, but had to wait a week for the part, so I wasn't charged anything.
