The overall process and installation of system was great.the technicians worked hard and kept me informed of every step . The technicians provided detailed instructions regarding operation and maintenance of the new system. My technicians were Mike,Cody,and Justin. I would highly recommend Mini Split Matt to anyone looking to replace their old heat pump with the Mitsubishi Mini Split ductless HVAC system.
11/19/2025 I reached out to Matt and Monica with questions about my current split unit and they responded immediately. 11/20 Mike and Cody came out to look at my old unit and I decided to purchase a new unit from them and Mike and Cody installed it that day in under 3 hours. I am so happy with my purchase and so happy I went with this company. They were very professional. They were on time. They answered all my questions and they were easy to reach. I highly recommend minisplit matt. Josh and Derrick were very friendly and professional. I had two units installed. They did an outstanding job. They made sure I understand how to use the units and the maintenance. The price was by far the best. I'm pleased.
The installers were early. They did all the work exactly how we agreed and did a very professional installation. Looks great and works very well.
Mini-Split Matt the owner came out immediately to move the lines due to work bering done on an exterior sunroom where the new mini-split he installed several months back....Where else does the owner come out to do whats needed...Great Company and Great service by a owner that cares about the service his company provides to there customers!
