After more than 20 years as a loyal MINI customer, my recent service at MINI Richmond has ended that loyalty. What started as a battery and brakes job quickly escalated to more than a $8000 bill — far above the original estimate — with poor communication, extra charges, and my vehicle returned dirty with oil left on the engine and floorboard.
