We were very impressed with Richmond Mini. Not only is their showroom great, modern and spacious, we had a very pleasant experience dealing with our sales associate Nathalie. They had lots of cars for us to choose from and we got to test drive several models. Natalie was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Their pricing was very transparent and competitive and we never felt pressured or felt like we were being misled. I highly recommend this dealership and I wish more dealerships operated like this.
