⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service from Jose and Lenard! We had a wonderful experience buying a Mini Cooper for my mom at Mini Richmond, thanks to Jose! From start to finish, Jose was incredibly professional, polite, humorous, and exceptionally patient. He took the time to walk us through every package in detail, ensuring we fully understood all our options and pricing. Even though our appointment ran way past his lunch hour, Jose remained entirely focused, dedicated, and responsible in taking care of us. When we picked up the car( ... read more

Richmond MINI! If you want to earn customers and close deals, just be genuine, transpar... read more
I always wanted a mini and finally decided to try on that, met Francesco the second time I walked in to Mini Richmond, I was impressed by his professionalism and his honesty. I am very happy with the experience and also my countryman, will definitely recommend Francesco to my friends who are looking for mini cooper.
