Used to have great service here a few years ago, but this visit was very disappointing. I have a gauge cluster issue (dead). My appointment was moved so I could get a loaner, but when I arrived, there was none available and no follow-up call as promised. I was charged $722 for diagnosis, only to be told they “think” the gauge cluster needs replacing for over $3,000 more, without being 100% sure.
