Just moved in so I can only say what I have experienced so far. Came in close to closing but Ms. Meredith stayed late and finished renting our unit. Since I was not close (In NN) I did not get to use the truck for free but they offered a credit on a Truck rental during the first 2 weeks. It is misleading about the free month but the free month is credited half for the 1st month and half for the second month so you need half the rent to move in. No auxiliary power to access unit in event of failure. Poor customer service. Constantly raises their rates.
