Before going here, I went elsewhere (not a mini garage) I got bad customer experience resulting in them loosing the sale. I contacted MINI park lane, and was helped by Mathew. Mathew ordered my car of choice and sorted the whole deal within 48hours. No fuss, no pressure, just good old listening to the customer. Excited for my mini to be released from the factory! Good work Mathew!
Qualities
So, I purchased a new mini from here a few months ago , despite them having problems with new car deliveries nationwide eventually it arrived . The experience was great Mathew the salesman was very professional and even gave me a forum’s hamper. . However, since I have had the car the technology has been very problematic . Do not buy from here. I bought a used Mini from them that had many problems, so many that when I’d returned it the sales manager admitted he would have to put it through auction because some of the body panels looked up - it looked like it had been in an accident and put back together badly. That was at the end of August 2024. Now at the end of October and still haven’t had all my money back and they are no longer replying to emails. Lots of empty promises.
