It's been great working with Ivan and Christian as I recently took ownership of a Countryman. There were some specific options I wanted and they worked hard to find a car matching my specs. They were able to find one being built, so no need to start a new build from scratch. I was kept up to date on the progress of the car; from leaving the port in Germany to the arrival at the Mini dealership. Overall, I had a pleasant experience.
