Strongly recommend dealer Ivan! I got to know him through Red Note, and he was incredibly nice and worked hard to get me a great price. I had such a wonderful experience at MINI Ottawa. On the day I picked up my new MINI Countryman, he patiently explained everything about the car, from the gears to the dashboard, and made sure I understood how to use them. This was my first time buying a car, and thanks to him, I feel confident that I can drive my MINI Countryman better. Truly appreciate it!

I just bought a used vehicle from MINI Ottawa, and it was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Over two weeks, I took my time comparing two vehicles, and Antonio was incredibly helpful every step of the way. ZERO stars this place is a joke and absolute joke. We spend thousands every visit, we have never taken our mini anywhere else (maybe that's the problem) but yet still they treat us like crap, no customer service at all. You have to pay for parts in advance. They have no shuttle service they're using other dealership service if lucky and there's a spot then you get on. They will never call you with an update on your service. I will report this mini location to the head office. What a joke!
