This is a great dealership with an amazing salesman, he’s kind, patient, answered all of my questions even if I felt they were silly he always said there was no stupid questions! Having dealt with BMW, Audi, Ford,Toyota, Tesla and Honda through my car buying lifetime, I can honestly say that the team at Mini, led by Ivan and my sales rep Dawson, stands out as outstanding customer service. It was obvious that their top aim is to have a customer happy with their purchase above the bottom line profits. Huge kudos to Ivan for best in class service and focus on customer satisfaction. Although I didn’t end up buying a car there, I wouldn’t hesitate to refer family and friends there.
