Unfortunately we had an issue with our BMW while on the road in Florida. Fortunately we went to BMW in Wesley Chapel and had a great experience. Our service advisor, Patrick, was amazing! Professional, competent and friendly! Serviced our car quickly and effectively!

This is my second time at Wesley Chapel Mini. I live in Orlando. But my go to place is and will always be Mini of Wesley Chapel. Excellent Customer Service. My salesperson Christopher Alba, 10+! Superb, Courteous, Respectful, Flexible. So for anyone wanting to buy a Mini Cooper, the drive is worth everything. You won’t be disappointed!
I brought my mini in for service on Jan. 25. Derek Orca-Ramiro assisted me. He was courteous, and very professional. My car was serviced and inspected in 11/2hr. I was notified when it was complete and I got into a clean car, inside and out. Such a positive experience!! Thank you!
