Allen was extremely helpful and provided detailed responses to my questions. He even went above and beyond by connecting my cellphone to my vehicle and showing me features pertaining to maintenance of the vehicle. The customer service was outstanding!
We have a few different types of cars, so we visit different dealerships for services. I can honestly say the entire process so far has been pretty pleasing. I also appreciate the follow up after the service as well…nice touch!

Minis are cool, sexy, same as they are sporty, especially mine. It is only befitting that the "bat cave" for which it is serviced matches that vibe. A video breakdown on services/repairs are texted to you while you wait. The staff is on point and the overall experience is elevated.
The service advisor was outstanding! They got me in and out sooner than I thought and kept me updated
