Great service and a very fair price
Quick and easy.
Very friendly and engaging staff and customer service. They knew I was arriving and greeted me and my car by name. Kept me up to date while I waited for my car to be serviced. My car was washed upon completion. Will be using their services always.
I have been going to Mini of the Woodlands for service on my Countryman since I purchased it in 2022 and it has always been a good experience. Paloma is super knowledgeable and friendly and has my car back in no time. Also, love their text feature and video/photo inspection.
My appointment was early Saturday and I arrived early before the garage doors were open. I parked for a few minutes and the doors were raising up and a very nice young women named Mykalyn greeted me. We had a polite conversation and she asked if I had an appointment. I did and she proceeded to check me in and told me to have a seat in they would get right to work.
