Had my state inspection appointment at 11:30. Service Manger signed me in, inspected my JCW and had it taken back. I was in and out in 38 minutes. Friendly and on the spot.
I had a great experience here. My car was serviced quickly and everything went super smoothly. Mykalyn was really helpful and easy to work with, which made the whole process even better. I actually live in southwest Houston and drove all the way to The Woodlands for service, and it was totally worth it. They handled my extended warranty service fast and without any hassle. Definitely the best experience I’ve had at a MINI dealership.
