In light of another older Mini owner's review, I'd like to share my experience. I had brought in my 2002 Cooper S JCW. I told them it was misfiring badly and had pulled codes for a throttlebody and asked them to investigate. The person helping me out agreed, but later came back with the fact the car needed plugs and wires. I've been meaning to do wires, and the plugs were fouled from missing, so I said, sure whatever. My 2017 Mini Cooper has offered me a lot of problems since I purchased her from Titan Automotive in May 2022. I finally decided to dig deep into my purse and head over to the MINI dealership in late November to have the service department start looking into some of her issues. By this point, I was feeling very defeated and rather angry with how much money I’d spent elsewhere trying to fix her only to have absolutely nothing change. If I could give a negative rating, I would. We recently took our 2004 Mini Cooper in for diagnosis on an oil leak. I realize it is an older vehicle but it had recently had a service and safety inspection from our regular mechanic and was running fine w the exception of the oil leak. Regina BMW Mini somehow diagnosed brake lines about to blow, an exhaust system that needed to be replaced, and signal lights that needed to be repaired along with the oil change.
