In light of another older Mini owner's review, I'd like to share my experience. I had brought in my 2002 Cooper S JCW. I told them it was misfiring badly and had pulled codes for a throttlebody and asked them to investigate. The person helping me out agreed, but later came back with the fact the car needed plugs and wires. I've been meaning to do wires, and the plugs were fouled from missing, so I said, sure whatever. My 2017 Mini Cooper has offered me a lot of problems since I purchased her from Titan Automotive in May 2022. I finally decided to dig deep into my purse and head over to the MINI dealership in late November to have the service department start looking into some of her issues.
