I have been a mini owner for many years now, and I am happy with the service that I received over the years. Sean and Dan are great in your service department they take very good care of my vehicle.
Excellent service as per usual. The only reason I’ve held onto my mini this long? They’re fair and honest. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

The service rep. Daniel was very personal and professional. kept me updated on the status of my vehicle maintenance. the service department discussed the results of their inspection and explained in detail their recommendations. my time waiting was as predicted and not longer. a pleasure.
The good: Outstanding loaner car! Excellent service. The videos from the service tech are very helpful. The waiting area is very nice. The bad: An extra charge for using my credit card. This is not a small business. No one ever answers my voice mails. Ever.
