They were quick and efficient. they not only replaced my flat tire, but further noticed I needed an oil, filter change. They also did a brake fluid flush as well. Upon inspection they noticed the brake pads needed replacement and did that work as well. Furthermore, they noticed excessive uneven ware on my rear tires and recommend I badly needed to replace the rear tires and do an alignment. They did both services. In my experience they have always had a great service department.

This dealership is really great. I come from Queens and I could go to any other dealership that’s closer to me, but this one stands head and shoulders above the others I have found. Customer service here is top notch. Mini of Manhattan could learn a thing or two from this one.
