Kurt Couture was helpful in making the service appointment and going over the review of all my Mini’s systems and areas needing attention.
Good service, very satisfied
They think every customer is stupid. I could list about five issues but here is one. Paid $1900 for complete brake job less than a year ago. Was told that I needed to spend $642 to address rust on front rotors. When I questioned the need, I was told to just drive the car more the rust should go away. Here is bonus one -the list of repairs was greater than the value of the car. Normal wear that has no bearing on the safety and reliability of the car.
Came here for the third time for repairs on my Mini Cooper. Very satisfied with the speed and quality of service on all my repairs so far. The quiet showroom has complimentary refreshments and allows me to work remotely while waiting for my car. It’s worth the drive out of Central Boston Area for this one!
