MINI of Manhattan Service has relocated to BMW of Manhattan Service. The service area is accessible via 58th Street ramp. All communication and updates were communicated via text message. We visited the service center for a footwell module recall, which was completed within a day. Upon pickup, the vehicle was thoroughly washed, which was a pleasant surprise.

Brought the car a month ago because mirror On drivers side broke… waited all day to be told mirror was on back order. Missed a day of work went home told I would be called when mirror came in. 3 weeks go by… no one calls me I call them an told that mirror came in and no one knows what I wasn’t called… am scheduled for an appointment for the next day to have mirror placed.
