Very efficient service staff. Friendly, professional and my Mini Cooper Roadster came out cleaner than when I left it. Inside and out. I’ll be back for service on my 24 Mini Hardtop

The service dept is great. Nick is very helpful and always makes sure we are satisfied with the service.
Went in for an oil change and a broken power seat. Had to pay $189 so they could plug in to a computer and tell me what was wrong. Expected to pay about $500 for oil change and seat repair. I received an estimate of over $5000 Including a long list of things that needed Repaired or serviced. The car is 7 yrs old It has 37,000 miles. The whole time I dealt with a less than enthusiastic service advisor who was not passionate or customer Focused at all.
