The whole service department was excellent
Performed a recall service, let me use a loaner. Very communicative.
The people and service I received was fine. They have a huge communication problem. You just cannot talk to anyone. They transfer your calls to a service representative who does not call back in a timely fashion. I had two calls into the service manager and I never spoke to him. The service rep I was assigned called me back. I brought my car in for it's first service on a Monday and did not get it back until Thursday.
