SCAM CAR DEALER. FILE AN ATTORNEY GENERAL COMPLAINT IF YOU WERE WRONGED BY CHELSEA CHARLES. Bad service, the sales team does not know their products well. Chelsea is quick to push you into a car regardless of the features it has or not, that you want. They’re willing to change your income in order to try and make your monthly payments, but will try and push you into a car that has high payments with no regard to your goal monthly payment.
