I can’t say enough good things about the people at Mini of Allentown. It’s always good to see my sales lady Jolene. And Robin in service and Steve the technician did an outstanding job. Their service is top notch in every way possible it’s well worth my drive over an hour away to go see them to take care of my Cooper

My experience with Robin and the MINI of Allentown repair department was poor. After making work arrangements, was called the evening before the appointment that loaner car promised when the appointment was made, was no longer available. I kept the appointment due to arrangements for my job being in place and was fine with using Uber. Robin was slightly rude/short during the drop off. I excused it as possibly being busy.
