The service department at Mini of Allentown is always easy to deal with. Luke was so helpful and friendly when I had my Mini countryman there for servicing and a recall. He was great at helping me out because it took longer and work around my schedule to get the car back to me after giving me a loaner. Plus everyone there is always helpful at answering any questions I may have. They also provide a comfy space if you are waiting there while your car is being serviced.
Everyone I talked to was very kind, friendly, and professional. The only thing was I had to wait a long time. It probably can’t be helped, but it was still tiring. But overall great experience!
I love visiting the showroom. The staff is personable and consistent and they like the same music I do. The coffee station is great as is the seating. My mini is always in the best hands. And, they are kind to my little dog, too.
