Literally the best car repair service I ever had. Great customer service and updates along the way. Could not ask for more. Robin must be the best service manager out there. Very accommodating, Very glad to have my Mini back on the road.
Came in for 75k service, great as usual, good advice and did not try to sell things I didn’t need. However good guidance on what was necessary. Robin, the service writer, was excellent. I have had several Minis over the years and have always been happy with Mini of Allentown. These are not cars, it’s a cult!
Outstanding from the time I walk in until I walk out. Robin and Luke are polite, caring, friendly and professional every time I come in. The mechanics make videos explaining your service. The videos are such a step above any other dealership I've gone to in over 35 + years of driving. There is a reason I drive an hour and 15 minutes to have my Mini Cooper serviced here! Amazing experience. Luke was amazing getting things fixed. The repair tech was master certified. I got a video with the inspection walkthrough.
