Fantastic experience at Mini with my service advisor Robin. My 2013 experienced a failed module and lost all lighting control. The dealership quickly diagnosed this as a recall issue. They explained the procedure and offered a few other services. Work was done quickly and correctly. Received the car in perfect condition. They kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Very efficient and will definitely return in the future.
Mini of Allentown and Austin were terrific during my regularly scheduled maintenance visit. The showroom is welcoming & clean, and they got my car right in as scheduled. They were informative and transparent with the work being done and completed it in a timely fashion. I will be taking my Mini back there when the next maintenance is required.
