This is the only Mini retailer that would honor my recall the one in tempe told me no they won’t work on my mini so Scottsdale got my business and my respect I will probably by my next car from them now

It’s been a week since I had MINI service my car and it looks like the issues were resolved. I had Ryan as my service advisor and he did a great job updating me, explaining what was being worked on and communicating with the warranty company. I’ve been to MINI of Scottsdale a few times and this was the best experience so far. They didn’t let my car leave the lot until all issues were fixed, even if it did take a couple extra days.
