I had a frustrating experience with Mini Nanaimo. I was working with a single service guy who went on vacation after I dropped off my vehicle. During that time, the key was never ordered properly—they ordered the wrong key, and then had to order the correct one, all while the shop was short-staffed. The delays were significant, and at no point did they make fixing their mistakes a priority. Purchased our 2025 Electric Mini Countryman yesterday and Nanaimo Mini was fantastic to deal with. Our vehicle arrived quickly and they were able to get it ready for us in a short period of time and worked with our busy schedule. Shout out to Racheal in sales and Randy in finances. Will be back for some 'Mini' accessories in the near future...
