I can’t say enough good things about my experience with MINI Nanaimo! I had a stressful situation with my 2023 MINI Cooper SE—my charger got stuck in the car. I spent three hours dealing with roadside assistance (who couldn’t send anyone) and the charger company, who kept insisting the issue wasn’t on their end. It was incredibly frustrating.
