Mini Movers was contracted by a shipping company to deliver and assemble a treadmill I purchased. They showed up on the scheduled delivery date and time; however, the crew sent to assemble my treadmill broke a part and they told me they could have a new part delivered and would be back in 1-2 days to assemble. This was not a true statement and they left an unassembled hazard in the middle of my floor. They told me they would take care of getting the new part. sams club has these people move for them when items com into Cincinnati , my order is to be delivered by Nov 23 2016 and they received my items and when called for the time they was coming they said it would be Dec 9 2016 , so if your in need of some thing on time this is not the place to use , and most of all don't buy from Sam's club because they will not do anything about it.
