Le propriétaire est extrêmement bête et très directe. J’ai rarement vu un aussi mauvais service à la clientèle. Nous avons été en magasin, le monsieur textait sur son téléphone et répondait à peine à un client. Ensuite nous avons eu un service horrible. Il nous donnait une garantie de 30 jours sur une trottinette. Il nous a suggéré d’aller voir ailleurs en nous insultant, ce que nous avons fait et l’autre magasin nous garantit la trottinette pour 1 an. Magasinez comme il faut, le pire service client que nous avons vu.
Bought 2 vehicles for my kids and it was an excellent experiences. Prices were competitive, and Gino provides fantastic sales and after-sales service. Highly recommend them, and will certainly be going back.
