We were 1 dollar short of me and my friend both getting some mini melts, we forgot about tax, but they had already made both of them so they gave us one and threw away the second on. what a waste this place is DUMB AND STUPID. I’ve never took the time to write a review but this is worth the time this place is TERRIBLE.
energy vampires for sure. maybe if we would have gotten cotton candy flavor it would have been different but i wasn’t there for that dimension
Products are mislabeled. I selected banana split twice. First time I got cookies & cream. I have celiacs (gluten intolerance) so that was a complete waste, I gave it away & tried again and got chocolate. Ridiculous.

Since 08/24 I can’t get refund for the ice cream I never got but charged for due to some issue in the mini melt machine in Bayonne Wallmart, NJ. My emails are just ignored. Terrible customer service.
Vending machine at IceWorks in Aston, PA says 3 different prices, $3.50, $4.00 and $4.50 (credit). Put a $5 bill in, entered the code for banana split. Received rainbow ice and only one quarter change. Called the 800 number and no one available to talk to. Won’t be using this machine ever again.
it's unique it's not like any other ice cream it's colors I can tell it taste good the vending machine
Duluth GA Ice forum put a total of $8 cash got no ice cream. Neither the change or bills worked for no change back, will be calling the 1-800 number on the side during business hours to see if they’ll refund me the money then I’ll post back to let you know what they did. 😒
Highly disappointing...! The vending machine at Brassmill Center, Waterbury just charged my card, but didn’t get my ice cream...! Definitely will not try once again. Poor service..!
