I have been extremely disappointed with my experience with Medtronic/MiniMed. I was initially told by customer support that the Instinct sensors wouldn't be able to connect to my new Flex pump "for several weeks," yet I was also informed that my Flex pump needed to be returned within 30 days. To make matters even more confusing, a sales representative later told me I actually had 60 days. The hold times for customer service are unbearable. I asked for supply department at the menu and after 1 hour 32 minutes was told I had reached technical support. I had to call in sick to my job to handle my Mom's pump issues because Minimed makes it so difficult. They sent the wrong supplies on top of everything and they will not send an emergency supply even though it was their error. I'm not sure what the problem is with the people running this company but they really need to get it together.

Customer service hold times for insulin pump assistance are more than 2 hours. I gave up after that long. Two days in a row. I do wonder how long it actually takes for them to answer. And I never did get the replacement sensor from Diabetes.shop. I'm starting to worry about what I'm going to do. This is important and the company seems not to care, because I see all the reviews just like mine.
absolutely god awful company. pumps break in months, nobody answers the phone on the service line even after hours of waiting. wont ship to another country. no interest in making things right. charge insane prices for garbage products that never work reliably. after my last experience with them im completely done. started dealing with an issue at 830pm. currently still awake at 1am because of them, their awful products and complete lack of service.
