Rented a unit here. Assumed it was an auto pay plan. Now I’m at the storage unit, locked out, because they have never asked me for payment, didn’t notify me I had to manually pay every month, and there is no physical staff in this company but a call centre who knows where.
Worst place ever. Do not trust this company! The units are also super janky... I unfortunately deleted my last review thinking they were actually making an attempt to fix the breach of their own contract. They commented on review to call them(obviously for show) then gave me the run around. If you bid with Bid 13.. I suggest not bidding on any lockers associated with mini mall.
