1 Star – Horrible Customer Service Their rental system and customer service are absolutely horrible. I was overcharged $330+ in just 4 months. I requested a review and refund, and they confirmed that I was overcharged and told me the refund would be processed soon. Now they have simply ignored me, and I am still waiting and practically begging for my own money back.
