I have been waiting for my refund for 2 months now and this isn’t okay and the company doesn’t know what they’re doing I have canceled and still took money out of my account. I have rent and bills to pay. This isn’t right and all I want is my money. They tell me I would get it within a week now it’s 3 to 6 weeks and now it’s been 2 months and still nothing
