First the unit I was assigned to initially was not ready snd was assigned another one! Never got the docs for the new unit! Moreover, the unit was not situated in the building but to the left side in separate area with 3 stand alone units which I was never advised of and spent 10 mins looking for it! So had to call the company to help me find it after waiting 5 mins on the phone while I paid to have my furniture stored there! Very crappy service and will never use this mini mall storage again!!
The whole process of securing the units I needed was very easy and painless. Great customer service and decent rates. Units were very clean.
