DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. My unit along with multiple others have been broken into. Main security gate has been stuck open so anyone can get in with no code and they have known about this for a while. We lost everything. Wife's wedding dress, my degree, dishware, clothes, everything. Things that were not replaceable. Also not 100% sure the cameras even work. April helped me locate, and lease a spot for my flat bed trailer. This was a hassle free, non stress, easy going process like you wouldnt believe. Not only did I recieve the perfect spot, this location is taken care of perfectly. I highly recommend mini mall storage. Ask for April trust me. To who ever is reading this, god bless.
The gate stays open allowing anyone and everyone access to break in and steal everything.
Do not use this facility. Our unit was broken into and everything was stolen. The security gate was stuck open and they have know about it. Essentially everything we owned was stolen. My wedding dress is gone. A necklace with my grandmother's ashes. And a lot more other irreplaceable items. Customers put trust in these facilities with their valuable belongings so security should be of the upmost priority. The security measures that they advertise do not match the security measures that are actually working.
