Great costumer service! Very helpful with a great promotion going on right now. First month free storage unit!
They are very nice, and the promotions they have help are helpful, we only needed a unit for a few weeks but they even provided us with a lock of our own. If you’re looking for a storage unit close to home and within Parkersburg Mini Malls storage is the way to go.
Can never get ahold of them and they go through unit so they can take stuff place is horrible
