Not a good experience here no one is ever in this office and if there was a ZERO star this company and it’s manager @Salem Road LaJoda Brown would get it. I have been a very loyal customer to this place since 2001. When it was AAA. I never had any problems ever. I have over many years recommended military families to this facility! Great experience, everyone in the office is always great to work with. Will definitely be coming back the next time I need storage.

Not a good experience here no one is ever in the office when we go try to talk about our bill every couple of months more money is added when we ask to speak to corporate they say it’s no corporate only the manager I wouldn’t recommend it

If there was a zero star they would get it. Horrible business practices, they have zero customer loyalty. 7 to 8 years of my money just want good enough.
