This mini storage is the best ever! Jada, in the office is not onl efficient at her job but loves what she does for all the tenants. Sweet, funny, personable and kind! Helps with all situations. I moved to CT in Sept 2025 and just called Jada today, Dec 10th to send information to my insurance company…I expect a little resistance since it has been several months since I moved…I WAS GREATED LIKE AN OLD FRIEND AND JADA, bless her heart, GOT RIGHT ON SENDING MY REQUEST! appreciate the facility manager for making me comfortable and understanding of all of the agreements. would absolutely recommend LaJada. Great storage unit for however long you may need to stay!
Jada was very professional, helpfull and all around fantastic.
