Geneva Highway Mini Mall Storage is awful. Property manager is never in the office. I have been locked out the gate 2 times now. This time I lost money due to items in unit I was going to sale but couldn’t get access to my storage unit. They have also put a lock on my unit because I was 2 days late because they don’t charge month to month it’s every 28 days. No phone call or anything. Not a good experience here no one is ever in this office and if there was a ZERO star this company and it’s manager @Salem Road LaJoda Brown would get it. I have been a very loyal customer to this place since 2001. When it was AAA. I never had any problems ever. I have over many years recommended military families to this facility! Great experience, everyone in the office is always great to work with. Will definitely be coming back the next time I need storage.
Not a good experience here no one is ever in the office when we go try to talk about our bill every couple of months more money is added when we ask to speak to corporate they say it’s no corporate only the manager I wouldn’t recommend it
