Access was easy convenient and secure.
Due to a tow truck not showing up, something that was out of my control, I called to let them know that the vehicle would still be in the parking space for about 12 hrs into the 1st of the month. I was then told that I would have to pay for the entire month. I have been a customer with Minimall for over 3 years, have never complained about the outrages increases, my parking space has almost doubled, and have another unit that I rent. I will be looking to move my stuff to another storage place ASAP.
