Great experience, always great communication
Not a good experience here no one is ever in this office and if there was a ZERO star this company and it’s manager @Salem Road LaJoda Brown would get it. I have been a very loyal customer to this place since 2001. When it was AAA. I never had any problems ever. I have over many years recommended military families to this facility! Complete rip off once they went corporate! Originally local owned AAA Storage. My rates almost doubled since the take over of almost every storage facility in Enterprise. Four increases within the past year. They wouldn’t prorate my departure, but when I signed for it at a prorated rate under the previous ownership, I was told my departure would be prorated.
