Not happy at all. I got a unit online. Not clear what facility it was at. I only knew of the 2 facilities and it put me on the other side of town. I ordered the “get one month free”. I got 3 days free. Wasn’t happy and nothing I can do. I moved out after a month and they still took money out of my account. I changed my address with them and online it has the wrong address for me. They say they are refunding me but it’s gonna take forever and that’s my grocery money. I’m so disappointed with this service.
