Misleading and frankly dishonest. The online rates are advertised as "weekly", but only monthly contracts are offered. Worse, my supposed "monthly" rent contract did not extend to the end of the month. I have not had any response to this feedback. Gaganjot and Rachel were helpful and polite. Unit was secure and clean upon move in. I would not recommend this company to a friend.

I'm a disabled senior citizen living off of a disability pension! I started out paying 179 dollars a month I'm now playing $289 dollars a month this is terrible! Be very careful with this company!
I can’t comment on the quality of the storage services at all, but I can comment on Mini Mall’s advertised web prices. Their website indicates a monthly price of $47 for outdoor storage of a vehicle up to 30’. A phone call requesting a price quote reveals the true price to be $65 the first month, rising to $103 for the third and subsequent months. Very knowledgeable lady working at the carp location. I used the location on Paterson road in almonte and I highly recommend this location. It’s in a residential area surrounded by two schools so it’s really safe. Last time I was at the location they were sweeping all the laneways from the winter buildup so it’s also very clean.
