Never rent from this place, the gate code they give might work if you’re lucky. The customer service is horrible and no one returns your phone calls. This place is a waste of money!
I showed up on my first day at the Nelson location only to discover that my gate code did not work. I walked up to the office on to find out that there was no manager on-site, only a drywall contractor who was extremely rude to me. The implication from this person was that I was supposed to know that no one from the company was on-site and that I needed to phone a number posted on a sheet stuck to the window. At first I called and spoke to an answering service because it was closed and so they took my phone number and said they will get back to me and the next day they did! Scott called me back and he was friendly and very helpful. I drove out to the site and purchased packing paper for our move and found the site was very clean and tidy. They have lots of supplies for moving. So now we decided to rent a spot for our rv trailer. I would definitely choose 12 mile mini mall storage in the Kootenay’s
