Recently rented a unit to slowly move, i was able to speak to the manager rakidh and secure a space before i got there. The process was easy. The unit was clean and the area was nice. A little away from nelson but not too bad. Overall i had a good experience

What are most wonderful experience! You cannot get a hold of anybody local. When I did get a hold of somebody he had a very strong accent, which I was OK understanding however, the baby screaming into the earpiece made everything tenfold worse. For some reason this person took me off auto pay. Then when they change the doors on the units, they absolutely destroyed my lock and then wanted me to put in an insurance claim for a lock that was higher deductible than the lock was worth.
