At first I called and spoke to an answering service because it was closed and so they took my phone number and said they will get back to me and the next day they did! Scott called me back and he was friendly and very helpful. I drove out to the site and purchased packing paper for our move and found the site was very clean and tidy. Wonderful storage facility!
The setup process was efficient and friendly with the representative.
There was no one available on location at the time I wanted to sign a contract and get access to a locker. Eventually, it was done remotely but the access codes provided to open the gate did not work. I ended up using that of another client. Attempts to fix things since have been without success. No response, horrible customer service from Kari Pidskalny.
