Great service with excellent customer care
Scam vibes: Multiple hidden fees, Extra charges for 'protection' even though the goods I'm storing have no value (and I've never been charged for unrequired insurance at any other self storage place) and even though I have homeowners contents insurance (To follow up from their comment below, I called and was told homeowners insurance was not a valid option, there also seems to be no way to contact anyone locally). UPDATE - Wednesday, July 30 - After I followed up the next day with customer service, I demanded that a manager respond t my emails/messages. They did contact me within 24 hrs by phone and waived a fee that I requested. They also assured me that they are looking to hire someone to be onsite at the Nelson site. Good luck to any future customers. Customer service is very professional and polite, but the company does not seem proactive; instead they are reactive to issues as they arise.
