UPDATE - Wednesday, July 30 - After I followed up the next day with customer service, I demanded that a manager respond t my emails/messages. They did contact me within 24 hrs by phone and waived a fee that I requested. They also assured me that they are looking to hire someone to be onsite at the Nelson site. Absolutely frustrated not being able to access storage locker on a Monday afternoon at 4:30 pm. The access gate console was non functioning and no return of my phone call. Office hours on gate did not match the office hours posted on office door. I had planned to start removal of my storage items with assistance of hired help, but could not access the premises. Rented a unit two weeks ago, gate codes did not work. Despite a dozen calls (all the call-center agents are very friendly) I was unable to get this rectified. The site is not staffed. I've requested a call back at least 4 times and never received one. I tried to cancel my lease but that requires a manager call-back, I was unsurprised when they failed to do that. Never rent from this place, the gate code they give might work if you’re lucky. The customer service is horrible and no one returns your phone calls. This place is a waste of money!
