The whole experience was terrible. I arrived from out of town after having booked a unit online. When I arrived they gave me the wrong code for the gate. It took more than 30 minutes to reach someone on the phone to help. Once in the gate unit could not be easily found and when found we could not enter. The person on the phone did not want to help any long so I needed to call back and speak to someone else. Once speaking with the second person she informed me they booked 2 different units. Good experience. Rakib was friendly and professional and got me setup quickly.
Tried to call to cancel my unit., but couldn't reach anyone. Ended up cancelling via email, but still got charged. Edit: I did send an email to that address a few days ago. No response.
Its been a challenge .
