I have rented summer covered trailer storage the past 3 years, despite a few inconvenient requests to remove my trailer with no notice so they could grade the parking lot. This year the price has almost doubled (from $179/month to $291/month). Last year more than half of the covered spots were empty - sounds like a great time to raise the prices. Absentee owners with crappy local service. Do not recommend.
