I’ve been a customer for many years, in fact before it was even owned by mini mall. Ever since they purchased the storage facility my rent has increased more than 100% and is continuously increasing monthly. This is not right. As a loyal customer since day one with mini mall, this company is taking advantage of me with all these absolutely outrageous increases. Première fois que je loue un Storage, je suis rentré les employés était très accueillant, j'ai eu ce que j'avais besoin facilement et rapidement à de bon prix. Cadenas vendu sur place. Il ont des entrepôt de toute les grandeur. Franchement, je recommande!!!
It was really simple to get a storage locker over the phone and they sent me an email with my locker details and access code. I love the fact that I can just drive right up to my locker and the large garage door makes it easy to move even big and heavy items in or out. Just remember that these lockers are like a shed - not temperature controlled and accessible to mice (if the little buggers can manage to get into my house, they can manage to get into the locker), so pack accordingly!
It was so easy to get a locker with mini mall storage. Just called them and got the job done in a few minutes. I feel much relaxed and secure about my stuff and can have access anytime!! They were very cooperative. Just remember about the 14 days written notice policy before you leave to prevent yourself from being charged agan! Highly recommended!!
