Bought and serviced my JCW here since new. Been driving their loaner for the last few days while my baby is getting a recall. Might be an early Christmas for me :)
Decent service, but a condescending service management group if your are of the female gender. They presume you know squat about cars, and seem to fail to listen to your requests.
