I purchase a Mini SE 2024 back in August of 2024. I had a great experience with Salesman Andrew F. Who has since retired. I had been hearing a very strange noise coming from inside the cabin; it was not affecting the drive or safety but was extremely annoying. Service rep Natasha Repo and Manager Cole Higgins were amazing help in getting this resolved and I highly recommend the service team at this location!
They kept my car overnight for oil change despite having an appointment and still didn't tell me when is my next service due. My old oil change service sticker is still on the windshield No new sticker posted. Courtesy car wash was pathetic..had to wait and still the car was dirty..despite paying for full check up I still don't how much % my brakes and tires are left...absolutely disaster..would not recommend to anyone..
