Worked with Ian and Bo and these guys are incredible. They are never pushy but always really helpful. No high pressure but always there to answer and assist. Truthfully, every single person we dealt with here, from Ian to Bo, to Lucas to Kelly, were exceptional. Highly, highly recommend.

Its hard to find a great group of people to give your car to and hope the job is done well but my Wife and I were amazed at the service and the professionalism that was shown. Respect for your customers always is a winning combination. We brought our 2006 Mini Cooper base in for an oil leak and with persistence and three appointments its all gone. I purchased a Mini SE 2024 back in August of 2024. I had a great experience with Salesman Andrew F. Who has since retired. I had been hearing a very strange noise coming from inside the cabin; it was not affecting the drive or safety but was extremely annoying. Service rep Natasha Repo and Manager Cole Higgins were amazing help in getting this resolved and I highly recommend the service team at this location!
