I’m very glad I did not purchase from this dealership. From the very beginning, it felt like they were trying to delay the process just to ask for more money. We placed an order for a car, waited three weeks, and then received a call saying we would need to pay more, even though the order had already been placed. The staff came across as rude and unprofessional, and the so-called manager we spoke with offered no real explanation, only suggesting we buy from somewhere else. Big shout out and thank you to Nick Hayden in the parts department who really went out of his way to find the tires we needed to get us out of a difficult situation. I was able to pick them up and transport to Hope same day. Got my wife back on the road for a time sensitive event in Calgary. BIG THANKS!
