Its hard to find a great group of people to give your car to and hope the job is done well but my Wife and I were amazed at the service and the professionalism that was shown. Respect for your customers always is a winning combination. We brought our 2006 Mini Cooper base in for an oil leak and with persistence and three appointments its all gone. I purchased a Mini SE 2024 back in August of 2024. I had a great experience with Salesman Andrew F. Who has since retired. I had been hearing a very strange noise coming from inside the cabin; it was not affecting the drive or safety but was extremely annoying. Service rep Natasha Repo and Manager Cole Higgins were amazing help in getting this resolved and I highly recommend the service team at this location!
Best customer service experience ever with Gene from service. From start to finish she was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended 5 stars all around
