Went for a test drive today, Nick was great to show us the cars and options we have.
Brought the Mini in for a routine oil change, and during the service the technician broke the clips on one of the front grille slats. They reattached it and noted that it was “loose,” but didn’t disclose that the clips were actually broken. On the drive home, the slat came off and flipped up twice, and the second time it broke off completely. The parts department has gone above and beyond time and time again to assist me. Even though what I needed was a small inexpensive part they truly worked hard to assist me.
