Cockroaches crawling on me, woke me up in middle of the night. Room smelled like urine. Staff were completely arrogant and refused to take care of cleanliness. The woman at the desk said most of the people staying there were drug addicts, so what do I expect…I was taken aback by this at the sheer disrespect she showed to her customers. Admittedly looking around at people there she seemed to be right, but still. She didn’t want to address the roaches and smell off wee which was overwhelming.
My stay at Mini hotel was fantastic. The rooms were lovely, clean, and comfortable. The owner was incredibly friendly and made sure every guest felt welcome. Highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience!
