Strong Condemnation of Sydney Mini Garage! After having my vehicle repaired and serviced at this workshop, the same issue recurred within just one week. Despite having made full payment and being assured of a two-year warranty, the identical failure reappeared only five days later. I had a fantastic experience at Sydney Mini! I recently purchased a used Mini Cooper SE, and the process was so smooth. A huge thank you to Jennifer for her outstanding assistance. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience a pleasure. Highly recommend! Jeff
After service is terrible. They are only interested in you when you are in the process of purchasing a mini. We had several issues with our mini within the first six months and the after service experience was sub-standard. We had to return the car twice to be diagnosed as they didn't fix the issue the first time which was under warranty. It's also impossible to get through to someone on the phone.
