My experience at MINI Durham was excellent from start to finish. Michelle was wonderful to work with, professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I also want to give a big thank you to Allen for patiently walking me through the technical side of my new Mini Cooper. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with all the features before I left. Truly great customer service all around!
