Ben was thorough inefficient. The dealership gave an estimate of 3-5 days and Ben got it done in one day. He was very patient with my questions and he was very articulate with his responses.
Brought my Mini Countryman in for a windshield wiper fluid leak and had an excellent experience. Fair, upfront pricing, same-day service (a huge relief with a trip coming up), and they fixed it while I waited in a comfy lounge. Great customer service—I’ll definitely be back for future maintenance!

We just bought a used 2015 Countryman that developed a coolant leak. We foolishly took it to the MINI dealer in Monrovia because we figured it safest to go to the closest shop. They told us we needed $13,000 of repairs! We said no, obviously. We called Cooper and Bimmer experts and talked to Ben who quoted us $1500.
