初めてのオーストラリアでどうしてもオープンカーになりたくてこちらのレンタカーを予約させてもらいました。英語が全くできないのでドキドキしましたが、チャットやメールで分かりやすく予約をすることができました。 当日は空港まで無料で送迎もしてもらえて(なかなか落ち合えませんでしたが…笑)、無事レンタルすることができ金額もとても良心的で良かったです。また来ることがあればレンタルしたいと思います。

Booked a 1-day rental through the Tours fellow at Shangri-la hotel was very easy with pick up from the hotel. The Kia Picanto they provided was clean, relatively new, and very easy to drive around the Atherton Tablelands. After hours returns was very straightforward, general rental conditions were easy to understand and all the paperwork was a breeze. Staff were professional and friendly. I would rent from Mini Car Rentals again :)
