I have had a bad time with car dealerships in the past and an unfortunate situation had me looking for a new car, Mini Calgary was there to help me along the way. The team I worked with at Mini (Rebecca, Fathi and Carmen) were phenomenal and had the highest level of customer service experience. Incredibly diaappointed & frustrated. Google claims the Parts Department is open from 8-5 on Saturdays. So I drive 40 minutes on my day off to come pick up a part that came in on Friday, just to be told that the parts department is closed and there is no way to get my part for me, that is already paid and I'm sure sitting on a shelf with my invoice, with my shops name on it. And when I explain that online it says they are open Saturdays I just get "Oh that changed months ago". So I now have to drive another 40 minutes there ... read more
