I’ve had several odd experiences here. First I was harassed to provide a review from my service agent (multiple texts and emails) and she demanded a 10/10 saying “it must be a 10/10”. Her service wasn’t a 10/10 so I rated her accurately and received a call from her the next day asking me about it. I don’t know if she was trying to intimidate me but it was very odd. Carman Faith and Oscar were amazing people to deal with. From the time I stepped into the showroom in February until I purchased my fifth mini Cooper, I could not be more happy with the service. Amazing people and amazing brand!
Booked our mini in because the rear latch wasn’t working. The key fob opened it but not the button on the back. Charged $200 for diagnostics. What the heck were they diagnosing? Obviously the button needs replaced. Then they charge another $125 to replace the mini emblem? Seriously? You can’t do the repair without damaging and replacing the emblem? Feeling ripped off. Also took two days to get it back even though they insisted we change the appointment from 1 pm to 10 am so this wouldn’t happen. Their new location is so far ... read more
The team diagnosed the problems quickly and remedied the issues in as timely a manner as they could. if you haven't test driven a Mini, I'd urge you to. They are peppy, responsive, hug the road, and are fuuun to drive.
I recently got service done on my mini cooper countryman due to an oil leak, and I’m very happy with the way they handled my situation. Tyler Medland did an extraordinary job following my case, he made sure that I knew exactly what was happening with my car, and gave me consistent updates about the progress of service.
