I would go no stars as I paid 700 pound for a bike that I have never received no emails back or anything no answers to the phone calls or anything and voicemail has be deactivated

Bought a mini dirt bike, found an issue, tried contacting them via social app messages, phone calls and emails repeatedly. Haven't had a response from any. Completely uncontacteable.

Horrendous customer service, never answer the phone, ignore emails and when we did finally get the bike we had to make several adjustments as the build was completely unsafe. I am still chasing an order for body armour, it's been a month already with no answer from them. Trading standards will be my next stop. Avoid this company like the plague, absolutely atrocious!!
