Very rude owners, Jenny refused to fix my hair and told me to do it myself and gave me the brush like I am supposed to know how to cut hair, why did I pay you then . Would not recommend. They listed 30$ for haircut but charged me 35$ and kept telling me I got a good price. I don’t care about money but this service is extremely unprofessional. They are only nice to their Asian customers, no hospitality towards the rest.
My son said this is the place where he got his best haircut so far so 5 stars ⭐️ 🌟⭐️⭐️🌟 for Minh haircut! Edit to add: They accept walk-in and pay by card which is very convenient for a barber service. No more hassle of cash withdrawal at atm before getting a haircut etc. Two more stars if I can!
Top-Tier barber experience. I highly recommend Minh,tried him today, he's a pro, sharp eye for symmetry and detail, smooth edges, incredibly efficient, yet thorough. Id say he's quite modern w his tools, shop is clean, plays relaxing sounds, definitely modern and a skilled barber.
Minh is one of the best hairdressers l met in Metro Vancouver area. Very underrated and I am happy I found him!
This shop opened in April 2024 and is located inside the Royal City Mall, where the Shoe Repair shop used to be. Kuya Minh went above and beyond what I asked for and expected. I enjoyed the wonderful conversation and the excellent service. I don't need to pay for parking, and it is conveniently located to do other shopping; I will return with my two boys for future haircuts.
