I just finished my annual physical with Dr Tran and I really like her. She listened to what I had to say and looks at youl when you're talking to her not just typing on the computer. I'm a pretty healthy person and don't see the doctor for a lot of things but I'm happy with the care I got. Plus the location is very convenient and clean.
Very frustrated with this office. I had called multiple times about a medication issue and did NOT receive a call back. I had to call back again and was told that I would hear back in 24-48hrs. These are situations that force people to have to go to the ER to get proper care and is completely preventable.
