Had my first initial visit with Dr. MINH. the front office staff was nice and quick. Once inside I was made aware we would move quickly because of an unscheduled emergency surgery Mr. Minh had , this was no problem although it was quick Dr. MINH WAS SUPER THOUROUGH. he addressed all my concerns played out his process for umbilical hernia repair, he explained the type of mesh he will use and utlibed the procedure procedure, explained the full surgery process and aftercare process. Dr Nguyen did my laparoscopic surgery. He is very kind and friendly and took care of me post op when I had a post op N/V. His office staff is also friendly . I would recommend him for any surgical procedure, he really have excellent bedside manners
Office staff was friendly. Same social distance and covid procedure as every other office at the houston methodist west. Waiting area was just fine. Dr. Nguyen is very thorough and knowledgeable, as well as his staff. They are also very responsive to after hours needs and questions.
