Dr. Nguyen is a true professional and she is very smart. She graduated with honors. She has been my PCP for over 4 years and I have not one complaint about her. Her staff is also very pleasant.
Do not bother with this provider. It is a long wait every time for your appointment but when I was 12 minutes late due to traffic they turned me away. No bedside manner to speak of and the front desk people are bland and unhelpful. I inherited this doctor and wish I had looked around instead of wasting a year trying to get anything done. Several terrible experiences. Will not be going again. Good luck to you if you are unfortunate enough to get stuck with this office.
Every time we have a scheduled appointment she always is over an hour wait after the scheduled appointment time. You'd think if she takes her time with her patients they would space the patients out farther. This is a continuing reoccurring thing. Not just a one time thing.
Meeting doctor Nguyen for the first time was very nice. She seemed to ask me all the right questions. She had spent time going over my records. She seemed familiar with my meds and my problems. That impressed me plus she was personable and looked me in the eye. So for the first time visit she's got five stars, I'll let you know more in 6 months. Oh, one more thing, she didn't appear to rush. I was impressed with her, overall.
