My family and I love their gold. They have a better selection than a lot of bigger cities I’ve been to in different states and the owners are sweethearts who don’t try to rip you off. They can do anything from custom work to resizing rings. I love coming here, they never disappoint.

I have been going to this jewelry store for years and hands down it is the most customer service oriented place I’ve been to! ^_^ Ani and Ken are very knowledgeable and offer great prices on their jewelry. You cannot go wrong with coming to Minh Ngoc for your jewelry needs. Happy to support a local business that has been a part of Fort Smith for years. 🙏🏼✨

Brought my Seiko watch here to get the battery replaced and the gentleman there named Ken who runs the shop took care of it very swiftly and did a fantastic job. Service was amazing. They also inspected my old jewelry and took it in for a very fair price. A very humble jewelry shop and the best around. Beats any other big jewelry chains out there. Support your local businesses! 11/10 highly recommend this jewelry shop!
