After the hurricane our neighborhood was subjected to an aggravating maze of new regulations. Elevate it. Demolish it. Move it. Minh Ho and Mike Faust smoothly led the way and helped us get the permit for the home to be repaired as is and then led us to the buyer and the finish line. They are a great team!

I had an absolutely horrible experience. She had to be motivated just to even send us listings to review. Most recently I asked if a property was for sale that we had toured and were highly interested in. She repeatedly claimed that it wasn't and weeks later we find out it has gone under contract. Long story short, don't waste your time. Find someone who is actually motivated.
